On March 26, the 5th (Enlarged) Meeting of the 6th Council of China Alcoholic Drinks Association (CADA) and the 30th Anniversary of CADA was held in Tai’an, Shandong. He Yong, Secretary-General of CADA, presided over the Meeting; Song Shuyu, President of CADA Council, Wang Yancai, Honorary President of CADA Council, Wang Qi, Executive President of CADA Council and more than 1,400 guests from all over the country and representatives of industry enterprises attended the Meeting. 3月26日,中国酒业协会第六届理事会第五次(扩大)会议暨中国酒业协会成立三十周年庆典在山东泰安举办。中国酒业协会秘书长何勇全程主持大会,中国酒业协会理事长宋书玉,中国酒业协会名誉理事长王延才,中国酒业协会执行理事长王琦以及1400余位来自全国各地的领导嘉宾、行业企业代表参加大会。

In order to comprehensively promote the technological progress and talent innovation of the brewing industry, commend the excellent, set up examples, carry forward the artisan spirit of innovation, progress and excellence, and encourage the majority of workers in the alcoholic industry to continue to endeavor to new highs, a series of major awards were granted at the Meeting, and Jing Brand won the CADA 30-Year Science and Technology Achievement Award. In addition, the project of Research and Application of the Material Basis and Quality Control Standards of China Jing Efficacy won the first prize of the CADA Science and Technology Award 2022. 为全面推动酿酒产业科技进步和人才创新,表彰优秀、树立典型,弘扬创新求进、精益求精的工匠精神,激励广大酒业工作者接续奋斗、勇攀高峰,会上颁发了一系列重量级奖项,劲牌公司一举斩获“中国酒业30年科技成果奖”。另外,《中国劲酒功效物质基础及其质控标准研究与应用》项目荣获2022年度“中国酒业协会科学技术奖”一等奖。

Since the establishment of the Jing Institute in 2016, we have built 12 research and innovation platforms including China Light Industry Liqueur Engineering Technology Research Center, Academician Expert Workstation, and National-recognized Enterprise Technology Center, allocating instruments and equipment in accordance with the international first-class standard, and laying a solid foundation for technological innovation. At the same time, we have carried out technical cooperation with more than 10 top universities or institutions in the world, including Harvard Medical School in the United States, Imperial College London in the United Kingdom and Peking University. In the past seven years, we have invested a total of RMB 2.118 billion in R&D. In addition, we firmly implement the talent-based thriving strategy, continuously optimize human resources structure, and improve the core competitiveness of the Company's talents. At present, we have more than 380 full-time researchers, and more than 32% of whom have master's degree or above. Up to now, we have 84 authorized invention patents; 17 technological achievements that have reached the “international leading (advanced) level” identified by national authoritative institutions; and 21 national, provincial and ministerial technology awards. It is understood that, based on the analysis of all the ingredients of Chinese Jing, and from the perspectives of metabolomics research of material ingredients, the research on the main effective ingredient group of the alcoholic drink to relieve physical fatigue, and the discovery of potential biological activities of Chinese Jing, the project of Research and Application of the Material Basis and Quality Control Standards of China Jing Efficacy systematically explains the main material basis of Chinese Jing to exert health effects, and gradually applies it to the quality control of Chinese Jing, which provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the continuous improvement of the product strength of Chinese Jing. This achievement has been highly recognized by the Chinese alcoholic drinks industry, and has played a driving and demonstration role in effectively promoting the sustainable development of the brewing industry and realizing the comprehensive industrial upgrading. 据了解,本次获奖的《中国劲酒功效物质基础及其质控标准研究与应用》项目基于中国劲酒全成分分析,并从物质成分的代谢组学研究、酒体缓解体力疲劳主效成分群研究及中国劲酒潜在生物活性发现等方面,系统阐释了中国劲酒发挥保健功效的主要物质基础,并逐步应用到了中国劲酒的质量控制中,为中国劲酒产品力的持续提升提供了理论依据和技术支撑。该项成果得到了中国酒业的高度认可,为有效促进酿酒产业的可持续发展和全面实现产业升级起到了带动和示范作用。
