Spring Water & Herbs Water is the spirit of liquor. Jing Brand employs natural spring water from the springs of Mufu Mountains, including Double Dragon Spring, Banshanluo Spring, which is regarded as the Promised Land for Distillery by the industry. Modern Technology Combining traditional brewing craft with modern technology, Jing Brand initiated the “mechanized brewing technology in solid fermented Xiaoqu Baijiu”, which eliminates the influence of climatic, environmental and human factors on production process and realizes the effective integration of mechanization and informatization in brewing process, and thus “osmanthus-flavored wine can be produced every day”. In November 2013, the brewing process was reviewed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as reaching the international leading level as a whole. Quality Assurance In 2017, Chinese Jingjiu won Gold Medal in the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. In 2018, Chinese Jingjiu participated in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in the United States and became the only Gold Medal winner in the full-bodied category in mainland China. In 2019, Maopu series buckwheat liquor won the Grand Gold, Gold, and Silver Medal in the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
