Another Accredited Scientific Achievement of Jing Brand 劲牌公司又一科研成果通过专家认定

On March 17, 2022, the appraisal conference of scientific and technological achievements in China Jing Brand Liquor Flavor Analysis Based on the Sensory Omics and Its Study on Quality Control was held in Beijing by China National Light Industry Council. 7 experts (including Sun Baoguo, academician in Beijing Technology and Business University, Song Shuyu, chairman of China Alcoholic Drinks Association) all agreed that such achievement was fairly innovative through on-site authentication, leading the world on the whole. 2022年3月17日,由中国轻工业联合会组织并主持召开的“基于感官组学的中国劲酒风味解析及其质量控制研究”科技成果鉴定会在北京举行。北京工商大学孙宝国院士,中国酒业协会宋书玉理事长等7名评审专家进行现场鉴定,并一致认为这一成果具有较强的突破性和创新性,项目整体技术达到国际领先水平。

It was mentioned that achievements in China Jing Brand Liquor Flavor Analysis Based on the Sensory Omics and Its Study on Quality Control, clearly defined how critical functions and flavor substances transfer and change in key processes, achieving the function and flavor-based process. These achievements are of significance to boosting function, stability and competitiveness and refining flavor. 据介绍,“基于感官组学的中国劲酒风味解析及其质量控制研究”成果,明确了劲酒关键功能及风味物质在各关键生产工序的转移与变化规律,实现了以功能和风味为导向的生产工艺调控,对提升中国劲酒功能和口感质量、提高产品稳定性与产品力具有重要指导意义。
