2020 Edition of National Industry Professional Skills Competition – the Fourth National Liquor Tasting Professional Skills Competition Finals has been hosted in Guangzhou from December 24 to 26, 2020, co-sponsored by China National Light Industry Council, China Alcoholic Drinks Industry Association, China Employment Training Technical Instruction Center, and China Finance, Trade, Light Textile and Tobacco Union. During the competition which could be called “Wine Tasting Olympic Games”, Jing Brand dispatched a delegation with the most people ever since. Through three days of fierce competition, all 9 participating personnel smoothly passed the selection, obtaining national-level liquor judge qualification.

2020年12月24日至26日,由中国轻工业联合会、中国酒业协会、中国就业培训技术指导中心、中国财贸轻纺烟草工会共同主办的2020年全国行业职业技能竞赛——第四届全国白酒品酒职业技能竞赛决赛在广州举行。在这场堪称“评酒届奥运会”的赛事上,劲牌公司派出有史以来人数最多的代表团,经过三天激烈角逐,9名参赛员工全部顺利通过选拔,获得国家级白酒评委资格。

National Liquor Tasting Professional Skills Competition is the country highest competition with greatest difficulties and strictest assessment in the industry, held every five years. The competition this time launched 16 rounds of liquor tasting practice examination and 1 round of theory examination. Among them, liquor tasting practice examination adopted the form of mixed sample sequencing 5-cup method and 6-cup method to assess the accuracy of distinguishing various fragrance types, repeatability in the same round, reproducibility in different rounds, and quality difference. Emphasis were placed on assessing the ability of the contestants to evaluate the quality level of the wine sample.

全国白酒品酒职业技能竞赛是行业内规格最高、难度最大、考核最严的赛事,每五年举办一次。此次赛事共开展了16轮品酒实践考试和1轮理论考试。其中,品酒实践考试采用了混样排序5杯法、6杯法考核形式,从区分各类香型的准确性、同轮重复性、异轮再现性和质量差异等方面进行考核,重点考核参赛选手对酒样本身质量等级评价的能力。

For this “Wine Tasting Olympic Games” once every five years, Jing Brand began to actively react to it in the first half of 2020, with training plan implemented. Two pre-competition enhancement training was successively organized in Liuchixiang Wine Company and the Headquarters to constantly strengthen contestants’ liquor tasting accuracy level and on-the-spot psychological quality.

为迎战五年一届的“评酒届奥运会”,劲牌公司今年上半年就开始积极应对,制定实施了培训方案,先后在六尺巷酒业和公司总部组织了两次赛前强化集训,不断加强参赛选手的品酒技术水平和临场心理素质。

Among the 9 contestants dispatched, Tong Guoqiang and Yue Xixuan, both 2015 edition national-level liquor judges of China Alcoholic Drinks Association smoothly passed the term-change assessment with excellent results, continuing to hold the title of national-level liquor judges; the additional 7 names as Zhu Cheng, Zhu Meiling, Lin Wei, Huang Liya, Zhao Da, Liang Zhenrong, Wei Yuchan were awarded as the new national-level liquor judges. Up to now, Jing Brand has possessed 1 China wine-brewing master, 14 national-level liquor judges, 15 national-level fruit dew wine judges, and 23 provincial judges.

在派出的9名参赛选手中,2015届中国酒业协会国家级白酒评委童国强、乐细选均以优异成绩顺利通过本次换届考评,蝉联国家级白酒评委;祝成、朱美玲、林韡、黄李娅、赵达、梁振荣、韦玉婵7人新晋成为国家级白酒评委。截止目前,劲牌公司已拥有中国酿酒大师1名,国家级白酒评委14名、国家级果露酒评委15名、省级评委23名。
